Platform · Data Management & Exports
Clean exports, documented caveats.
Registry data is only as useful as its handoff. Exports are built for the analysis team: documented structure, capture-rate context, and clear statements about what the data can and cannot support.
- Machine-readable exports with a data dictionary.
- Capture-rate metrics and missing-data notes included with report packages.
- Data provenance documented: what was collected, when, and against which instrument version.
- De-identification options for registry-data exports.
- Bulk export operations require elevated permissions, are logged, and can be revoked.
- Sponsor-facing periodic reports: enrolled counts, follow-up rates, outcome trends, and safety observations — for sponsor programs.
Observational data is hypothesis-generating, not randomized-trial-equivalent. Every export and report says so explicitly — that honesty is part of the data package, not a footnote.
Need data out of a study?
Study teams can request exports through the workspace; sponsors and partners can start with a conversation.
