1 · Free study builder
Open a physician workspace and build the study draft at no cost: guided modules, suggested conditions and keywords, and a Registry Readiness Score. No card required. You pay nothing until you choose to submit for review.
2 · Quality Review + PRS Registration Submission
A one-time professional review of your draft: registry language refinement, internal-consistency checks, and submission support to the Protocol Registration and Results System for eligible studies. The fee covers review and submission support — it does not guarantee ClinicalTrials.gov acceptance, IRB approval, enrollment, or publication.
3 · Monthly registry management
Ongoing management once a study is submitted, published, or activated: enrollment monitoring, follow-up reminders, dashboard upkeep, annual PRS updates when applicable, and periodic sponsor-facing reports for sponsor programs. Month-to-month, per active study.
